Troops Arrive to BWI Marshall on April 29, 2008...

18th Annual Strawberry Festival | June 14th | 10AM - 3PM

The Ann Arrundell County Historical Society will host its 18th annual Strawberry Festival on June 14 between 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Benson-Hammond House, the only historic home remaining on the grounds of Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI). Each year, people come from miles around to enjoy fresh strawberries on hot milk cake, strawberry wine and jam, homegrown plants and handmade crafts.

The Strawberry Festival is free and open to the public. The Benson-Hammond House is located at 7101 Aviation Blvd. in Linthicum, across from Andover Road. Vehicle parking spaces will be available at the soccer field in front of Signature Flight Support on Aaronson Drive, off of Aviation Boulevard. Parking for the event is free, and complimentary shuttle service will be provided to the site.
