The BWI Marshall Conference Room rents for $62.00 per hour, which is subject to change during review of available lease space within the terminal building.

BWI Marshall Conference Room Parking Suggestions

Park on levels 5 or 6 in the Hourly Garage located in front of the Airport Terminal. Parking fees are not included as part of the conference room rental.

Park towards the left side of the garage, and take the Elevator for the Concourse D Skywalk to Level 6. Level 6 is the top level of the garage and offers enclosed climate controlled pedestrian moving walkways (Skywalks), leading into the terminal. When you exit the elevator, proceed to the right and take the Skywalk towards Concourse D. At the end of the skywalk, take the escalator, stairs or elevator marked UL (Upper Level - Departures).

Walk towards the Concourse D screening checkpoint. The BWI Conference Room (NTE-247) is located in the rear corridor of the Concourse D/E connector near the Airport Meditation Room.

If you have any problems while in the Airport, stop by any of the Airport’s Information Desks located before the entrance to Concourses B and D.
