BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport to Offer"Express for Less" Parking Sale
$9 per day Express Parking Coupons Available on Airport Website |
BWI AIRPORT, MD (February 17, 2007) - Today, Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) kicks-off a new parking promotion—“Express for Less.” The BWI website, www.BWIairport.com, will provide coupons to reduce the rate in the BWI Express Lot to a maximum $9 per day.
The “Express for Less” parking coupons will be available on the BWI website beginning Thursday, February 15th. The promotion will run through May 15th. The coupons will allow customers to save $5 off the full-day rate in the Express Lot. Customers will be able to park for only $9 a day in the Express Lot.
“This new initiative continues BWI’s emphasis on parking convenience and efficiency,” said Timothy L. Campbell, A.A.E., Executive Director of the Maryland Aviation Administration. “Parking is often the first and last impression a traveler has of an airport. At BWI, we want that experience to be a positive one.”
Express Parking, formerly known as ESP or Express Service Parking, provides BWI customers with a high-level parking experience, including luggage assistance and carside to curbside shuttle service. Motorists who park in the BWI Express Lot are picked-up and dropped-off directly at their vehicle.
The BWI Express Lot is located at Aviation Blvd / MD-170 and Elm Road, just off of I-195 at Exit 1-A. The BWI Express Lot is directly across from the 9-story BWI Daily Garage and the Four Points by Sheraton BWI Airport hotel.
