Airport Cracks the Top 10 for U.S. Gateways in New Survey

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport was recognized as one of the top-performing U.S. airports in the 2026 AirHelp Score. BWI Marshall secured the tenth-highest score among U.S. airports in the annual survey. The scoring reflects the airport’s continued commitment to customer service while serving as a major transportation asset and economic development engine.

The comprehensive AirHelp Score examines data related to on-time performance, passenger satisfaction and the quality of aviation facilities to highlight the best airports in the world. For the 2026 rankings, AirHelp analyzed data from 279 airports in 76 countries.
