Airport Cracks the Top 10 for U.S. Gateways in New Survey

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport was recognized as one of the top-performing U.S. airports in the 2026 AirHelp Score. BWI Marshall secured the tenth-highest score among U.S. airports in the annual survey. The scoring reflects the airport’s continued commitment to customer service while serving as a major transportation asset and economic development engine.

For the 2026 rankings, AirHelp analyzed data from 279 airports in 76 countries.
