New Airline Service Starts July 9, Expanding Travel Options for the Region
JetBlue Airways announced this morning that it would begin service at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport on July 9, 2026. JetBlue will offer three daily flights between BWI Marshall Airport and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In addition, JetBlue will add service between BWI Marshall and San Juan, Puerto Rico on November 2, 2026. The addition of JetBlue reflects continued demand for air travel and underscores the strength of the market in Maryland and the National Capital region.
