Air Service Incentive Program

New entrant and incumbent carriers that establish new service may be eligible for waived fees related to terminal space, ticket counters, hold rooms, jet bridges, landing fees, baggage claim, and more. BWI Marshall also offers marketing support to cover certain advertising costs with additional funding available to promote new markets, whether domestic or international.
