In order to manage vehicle traffic on the terminal roadway, BWI Marshall Airport has created specific pick-up zones for hotel shuttles and off-airport parking shuttles. Hotel and off-airport parking shuttles will pick up passengers at the designated zones only. Private vehicles are restricted from these off-airport pick-up zones.

Pick-up zones for hotel and off-airport parking shuttles are located on the Arrivals/Lower Level roadway. Zones 1 and 3 are assigned for hotel shuttles. Zone 2 is designated for off-airport parking shuttles. Zone 4 will be used by both hotels and off-airport parking companies. View our shuttle map for more information.

Parking Advisory

Airport parking and rail shuttle bus delays are possible. Please allow additional time if using shuttles to travel between the terminal, parking lots and rail station. It is recommended that travelers arrive at the terminal 2 hours before scheduled departure.
