Off-Airport Courtesy Shuttles

In order to offer the simplest ground transportation experience for those using off-airport transportation services, BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport has designated specific pick-up zones for hotel and off-airport parking operators.  Private vehicles are restricted from accessing these off-airport pick-up zones.

Zone 2 for off-site parking is outside between Lower Level Doors 8 and 9. Zone 3 for off-site hotel shuttles is outside of Lower Level Door 15. Zone 4 for hotels and off-site parking shuttles is beyond Lower Level Door 19.Zones 1 and 3 are assigned for hotel shuttles. Zone 2 is designated for off-airport parking shuttles. Zone 4 will be used by both hotels and off-airport parking operators.

Parking Advisory

Airport parking and rail shuttle bus delays are possible. Please allow additional time if using shuttles to travel between the terminal, parking lots and rail station. It is recommended that travelers arrive at the terminal 2 hours before scheduled departure.
